The Flowcine Tranquilizer is the next generation of vibration isolators for the Black Arm — and in Tadpole's view, the only serious choice for professional vehicle-mounted gimbal work.
Unlike wire rope isolators, the Tranquilizer uses custom polymers that minimise vibrations from low frequencies while maximising pan motor torque without causing self-oscillation. The result: dramatically cleaner footage at speed, over rough terrain, and in high-wind conditions.
Adjust the resistance and quantity of polymer sets to dial in the exact weight of your rig. Ships with two polymer sets (Shore 30 and Shore 40). Additional sets available separatelyShore 20 — 5.40–10.75 kg

The Tranquilizer also includes Flowcine Passive Plates — eight plates that add over 5 kg / 11 lbs to the system for fine-tuning weight distribution and improving shock compensation. Easy to attach and remove even with the gimbal mounted.
